Morning Memories
‘Morning Memories’ is a playful and nostalgic interpretation of the humble milk delivery basket. The piece recalls an era when the clink of glass bottles and the daily milk round formed part of the rhythm of everyday life on doorsteps throughout Ireland.
Created from stainless steel and corten steel, the sculpture incorporates reclaimed glass milk recording jars that were once a common feature in milking parlours across rural Ireland.
The sculpture was selected for inclusion as part of the 2026 FORM Exhibition and is currently on display in the beautiful walled gardens of Bangor Castle, Co. Down.
